Herp Atlas
HerpTrust has delivered an interactive on-line tool (optimized for both mobile and desktop use) along with a user manual, allowing stakeholders to be constantly informed on the presence of reptiles in their vicinity. Users can explore information on each species and add a new presence point when they encounter a herp. All inputs by the citizens will be reviewed and approved by the OUC team. The tool consists of a backend database with exact geolocations (Latitude and Longitude) of herps in Malta and Cyprus. The front-end of the tool showcases a user-friendly layout following the IT literacy of the target audience.
The online tool is accompanied by a User Manual.

Additionally, two i-Naturalist projects (for Cyprus and Malta respectively)
have been established in order to supplement the Atlases with locational Herpetofauna information.
